Job Description:

We are seeking a registered nurse to join our dynamic and dedicated team. This role offers a excellent opportunity for professional growth and development, with on-the-job training provided for those new to general practice settings. You will be part of a busy clinic that delivers a wide range of services including general consultations, minor surgery, immunisations, women's health, chronic disease management, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

n

- Treatment Room Management: Oversee the upkeep of clinical equipment, manage vaccines, ensure compliance with accreditation standards, and handle stock control and ordering.
n
- Clinical Duties: Assist with medical procedures,



administer immunisations, manage wound care, perform ECGs, spirometry, and iron infusions.
n
- Chronic Disease Management: Develop and implement Care Plans, Health Assessments, and Comprehensive Medical Assessments.
n
- Health Promotion: Conduct preventative screenings and promote overall health awareness.
n

n

Essential Skills and Experience:

n

n
- Previous experience as a practice nurse (preferable, but not essential)
n
- High levels of organizational skills
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- Immunisation certificate (desirable, or willingness to obtain)
n
- Experience in health assessments and chronic disease care plansFull Australian work rights
n
