As Procurement Category Manager – Delivery, you’ll take ownership of a dynamic category that connects our restaurants with customers across Australia. Sitting at the intersection of Supply Chain, Digital, Operations and Commercial, you’ll manage strategic delivery partnerships, using commercial insight, data and strong relationships to improve performance and create sustainable value for KFC and our Franchisees.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

- Own the category – develop and deliver the commercial and category strategy for KFC’s delivery partnerships.
- Lead the commercial conversation – manage contract negotiations, renewals and commercial arrangements, balancing growth, customer experience and restaurant profitability.
- Build partnerships that perform – strengthen partner relationships, establish shared priorities and drive accountability against agreed KPIs.
- Turn data into action – use performance insights and market dynamics to identify opportunities and improve commercial, service and operational outcomes.
- Test, learn and optimise – lead initiatives across areas such as pricing, menu, delivery coverage and emerging partner capabilities.
- Connect the dots – bring together Operations, Digital, Technology, Marketing, Finance, Development and our Franchisees to turn opportunities into action.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

You’re a commercially minded category, procurement or strategic partnerships skilled who can build strong relationships while challenging partners to deliver.

- Experience across category management, procurement, strategic sourcing, commercial management or strategic partnerships.
- Strong commercial and negotiation capability,



including managing significant contracts and supplier or partner relationships.
- Experience developing category strategies and delivering measurable commercial outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations and action.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across complex internal and external relationships.
- A collaborative, curious and adaptable approach suited to a fast-moving category.
- Experience in delivery, digital platforms, eCommerce, marketplaces, QSR or multi-site retail would be highly regarded, but isn’t essential.
