Job Description

You'll be working as part of a busy coffee program serving a high volume of customers from morning through to afternoon. We need experienced baristas who can move quickly and efficiently without compromising coffee quality, presentation or hospitality.

Key responsibilities

Preparing consistently high-quality espresso-based coffee throughout busy services

n

Dialling in and maintaining espresso quality throughout the day

n

Working quickly and efficiently during high-volume periods

n

Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked coffee station

n

Providing warm and genuine hospitality to our customers

n

Communicating clearly and working closely with the wider front-of-house team

n

Supporting opening, closing and daily coffee station procedures

n

About you

n

Have solid experience working in busy, high-volume coffee venues

n

Have strong specialty coffee knowledge and technical skills

n

Can confidently dial in and troubleshoot espresso throughout service

n

Produce consistently strong latte art

n





Are fast, organised and calm under pressure

n

Take pride in quality, cleanliness and attention to detail

n

Are reliable and work well as part of a team

n

Have strong weekend availability
