MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST

This is a busy surgical practice based in the S.E suburbs.

It is a part time role where you will be working for a dedicated. hard working ENT Surgeon.

You will be responsible for:

- Greeting patients in a friendly, courteous manner
- Taking phone calls in a timely manner
- Scheduling and managing appointments
- Maintaining accurate and up to date patient records, both digital and physical
- Dealing with patient inquiries and requests
- Assisting with general administration tasks such as filing, photocopying, ordering of supplies and attending to emails
- Dealing with the Private Health Funds
- Work closely with the clinical team
- IT literacy essential ( preferably with Genie)
