Our client is a multidisciplinary infrastructure consultancy delivering complex projects across Australia. They provide project, construction, engineering, planning and commercial services across major infrastructure programs. The business is growing its client-side advisory capability and establishing commercial services as a standalone growth stream.

ABOUT THE ROLE

n

The role will lead commercial delivery on a complex $1B+ Melbourne data centre program from day one. You will establish and grow a standalone commercial services stream with full P&L; ownership. The role will build a team and drive the function's growth across major infrastructure projects nationally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

n

- Lead day-to-day commercial and contract administration
n
- Assess variations, EOTs and contractor claims
n
- Manage payment certification and commercial risk
n
- Advise clients on FIDIC and AS 4000 contracts
n
- Build and lead the commercial services team
n
- Own the stream's P&L; and growth strategy
n

SKILLS & EXPERTISE

- 10+ years commercial management experience
n
- Major infrastructure project experience
n
- Strong FIDIC and/or AS 4000 knowledge

- Claims, variations and contract administration expertise
n
- Solid programme and commercial risk capability
n
- Leadership experience with P&L; ownership
