Our very first NT venue is now open at Casuarina Square, and we're looking for an incredible Venue General Manager to lead the team and make it a huge success.

About The Role

n

As Venue General Manager of our Casuarina Square venue, you'll be at the heart of Yo-Chi's first ever NT location. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of the venue, lead and develop your team, build strong connections within the local community, and set the standard for what Yo-Chi looks like in the Northern Territory.

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Lead and inspire the Casuarina Square team to deliver high energy, exceptional service
n
- Take ownership of all venue operations, including rostering, stock management, cash handling and compliance
n
- Maintain product quality, food safety standards and operational excellence
n
- Coach, mentor and develop your team to reach their full potential
n




- Drive performance by managing KPIs, costs and overall business growth
n
- Build a strong team culture and create a positive environment where people love coming to work
n
- Ensure the venue looks sharp, runs safely and delivers an amazing guest experience
n
- Build relationships within the local community and help establish Yo-Chi as a favourite in the NT
n

What we're looking for:

- Proven leadership experience managing hospitality, retail or QSR venues
n
- Strong operational expertise across rosters, stock and performance metrics
n
- Availability across a flexible Monday to Sunday roster
n
- A people first leadership style with a genuine focus on developing your team
n
- Someone who is calm under pressure, resilient and solutions-focused
n
- A leader who takes ownership, brings excellent energy and loves creating positive experiences for both customers and their team
n
