Mercy Community is seeking Part time and Casual Support Service Workers to join our friendly and dedicated team at Loreto. In this role, you'll make a real difference every day by delivering high-quality hospitality and support services that enhance the wellbeing of our residents.

What you'll do

n

As a Support Service Worker, no two days are the same! You'll take pride in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents through:

n

Kitchen & Dining:

n

n
- Assisting with the preparation, assembly, and delivery of nutritious meals
n
- Supporting dietary needs and preferences
n
- Preparing beverages and serving meals to HACCP standards
n
- Keeping dining areas clean, inviting, and enjoyable
n

n

Cleaning & Laundry:

n

n
- Maintaining resident rooms and shared areas to a high standard
n
- Conducting full cleans of vacated rooms to welcome new residents
n
- Delivering laundry services with care and efficiency
n

n

About you

n

You're a compassionate and reliable team player who takes pride in your work. You bring a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to supporting others.

n

n
- Certificate III in Hospitality (or equivalent) – desirable
n
- Previous experience in a similar role – desirable
n




- Valid police check or willingness to obtain one
n
