- Strong experience in Microsoft Exchange Server administration, Exchange Site Transformation, and messaging infrastructure migration projects.
- Hands-on expertise with Exchange Server 2016/2019, Exchange Online, Office 365, and hybrid environments. Proven experience in mailbox migrations, site consolidations, tenant-to-tenant migrations, coexistence management, and Exchange infrastructure modernization.
- Deep understanding of mail flow, SMTP, DNS, Active Directory integration, DAG (Database Availability Group), load balancing, and high-availability configurations.
- Experience in troubleshooting complex mail delivery, performance, and connectivity issues.
- Strong knowledge of PowerShell scripting for Exchange administration, automation, and reporting.
