For over 33 years, The Pantry has been serving exceptional coffee, food and genuine hospitality in the heart of Brighton. We're looking for an experienced Barista who is passionate about coffee, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and loves delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Our team is friendly, skilled and committed to creating memorable moments for every guest, every day.

What we’re looking for:

- Minimum 2 years Barista experience in a high-volume café
- Passion for coffee and hospitality
- Ability to consistently produce exceptional coffee under pressure
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Latte art experience




- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- High standard of personal presentation
- Full Australian working rights (Student visa holders welcome)
