We currently have a outstanding opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Chef to join our busy Kitchen with a great work/life balance of a 38 hour week across 4 days.

We need a qualified and experienced Chef/Cook who can

- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and work as part of a team
- Support the day-to-day control of food production ensuring that the quality and presentation is exemplary.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ensure enough quantity of all menu items are prepared as per the menu specifications
- Assist in ordering and organisation of food preparation and stock control
- Maintain accurate stock control records in relation to stock on hand
- Facilitate accurate stock rotation to minimize waste
- Be available to work across a weekly roster, including days, Nights, weekends and public holidays
- Be passionate about food and customer service
- Have a strong focus on hygiene, quality and safety, and comply with all company policies and procedures at all times
- Have a committed service mentality,



with a focus on both internal and external customer service
- Be punctual, dependable and self- motivated
- 38 hour week across 4 days for a great work/life balance
