We're looking for an inspiring and collaborative District Manager to lead our Queensland Food & Beverage team. This is an exciting opportunity to coach and develop a team of Account Managers, build solid customer partnerships and drive sustainable growth across the region.

What You'll Do:

Lead, coach and support a team of Account Managers across Queensland

Foster an inclusive, high-performing and customer-focused team culture

Build trusted partnerships with customers in food and beverage manufacturing

Support customers with water, hygiene and operational improvement solutions

Collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional outcomes

Develop and execute strategic plans that drive customer success and business growth

About You and What You'll bring:

Experience leading, coaching or developing sales or customer-facing teams

A passion for helping people grow and succeed

Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills

The ability to influence, collaborate and build trust at all levels





Experience in industrial, manufacturing, technical or related environments

Food & Beverage industry experience is advantageous but not essential
