J G King Homes, Victoria's largest builder of Steel Frame homes, is seeking an energetic & highly motivated individual to join our Wodonga team. The role will cover Wangaratta and Benalla.

With the unprecedented growth in the area, we are looking to expand the JG King family.

n

The Building Supervisor will report to the Construction Manager. This hands on, Full time position will operate all aspects of Building & Construction.

n

Duties Include

n

n
- Supervising all construction related activities;
n
- Manage schedule & coordinate the construction of homes from pre site inspection through to signed ICC completion & handover.
n
- Check that all works are in accordance with the working drawings;
n
- Ensure the proper completion of maintenance in conjunction with Office Administrators
n
- Ensure a safe working environment on all site following OHS & E practices;
n




- Ensure all contractors & suppliers confirm to the company's requirements with respect to insurance and other statutory requirements
n
- Effectively ensure the client company relationship is maintained at all times
n
- Following strict process and procedures

- Display high level of professionalism, maturity & customer service
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
n
- Microsoft Office Suite skills including usage of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook;
n
- A sound knowledge of the volume home building industry in Victoria
n
- High level of time management & organisational skills;
n
- Ability to multi-task & proactive approach to all tasks provided
n
- The completion of trade qualification (preferred); and
n
- A current driver's license & ability to undertake travel as required
