Victorian Cosmetic Institute are looking for self motivated and energetic team member to join us in our Contact Call Centre team in a part time capacity.

n

Minimum requirement will be 3 days per week including Saturdays.

n

Flexibility with days required as you may be rostered any day/times within our opening hours of 8:45am - 6pm Monday to Saturday.

n

This role is a majority work from home position with shiftsrostered at our Lower Templestowe clinic approximately once a month.

n

KEY DUTIES

n

n
- Inbound and outbound calls with a strong customer service focus
n
- Receipt payments and make appointments with accuracy
n
- Converting enquiries into appointments to meet KPIs
n
- Responding to patient emails and SMSs
n

n

ABOUT YOU

n

n
- Friendly with exceptional customer service skills
n
- Work effectively as part of a team, and autonomously
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n




- Self motivated with outstanding initiative and target driven
n
- Ability to think and act quickly with strong problem solving skills
n
- The ability to learn fast
n
- IT savvy and the ability to learn different software packages
n
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales, contact centre or customer service
n

- A PC with Windows 11, running Google Chrome. Two monitors are recommended but not required. NOTE: MAC PCs not compatible with our software.
