As a junior member of our team, we will offer you hands on sales and customer service experience. You will interact with customers via a range of mediums, in person and online. You will be trained with product knowledge that will enable you to work effectively with our diverse range of products. There are also opportunities for career progression within our company down the track.

About the Role

Showroom sales and promotion

Phone calls,



emails and online chat enquiries

Order processing

Assist with delivery enquiries, refunds and return requests

Key Qualities and Attributes

Reliable, energetic and motivated with excellent sales ability

Excellent communication skills, well-spoken and valuable grammar

A high standard of presentation and grooming

An understanding of the workings of online shopping

Rostered Hours

We are currently looking for availability for 2-3 shifts a week with an estimated start in October

Typical weekday shift hours:8:30am to 5:00pm
Typical Saturday shift hours: 9:30am to 3:30pm
