Internal Audit (Senior Consultant / Assistant Manager)

A leading professional services firm is seeking an experiencedInternal Audit Contractorto join its growing Risk Advisory team. This is an excellent opportunity for aSenior Consultant or Assistant Managerlevel professional looking to work across a diverse portfolio of clients across both financial and non-financial services.

Working alongside a high-performing team, you will support the delivery of internal audit engagements, provide risk insights to clients, and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of governance and control frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver end-to-end internal audit engagements across operational, compliance and risk-focused audits
- Conduct risk assessments, process reviews and control testing
- Prepare high-quality audit reports and present findings to stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and control enhancement
- Support client relationship management and engagement delivery




- Work across multiple financial services clients, including banking, wealth and insurance sectors

About You

- Experience in Internal Audit, Risk Advisory or Assurance
- Background gained within consulting, professional services
- Strong understanding of governance, risk management and internal control frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and report-writing skills
- Relevant qualifications such as CA, CPA, CIA or equivalent are highly regarded
- Ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced consulting setting
