We're hiring an experienced Estimator at our Hoppers Crossing, VIC site.

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Assessing vehicle damage and preparing accurate, detailed repair estimates
n
- Liaising with insurers, customers, and the workshop team to manage job flow from quote to completion
n
- Sourcing parts and ensuring estimates align with quality, time, and cost standards
n
- Using estimating software to generate quotes in line with insurer and company guidelines
n
- Maintaining strong communication across the repair process to keep jobs on track
n
- Adhering to all WHS policies and procedures
n

What We're Looking For

n

n




- Proven experience as an Estimator within the automotive or collision repair industry
n
- Strong knowledge of estimating software (e.g. Audatex, PartsPoint or similar)
n
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
n
- High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
n
- Reliable, punctual, and a solid team player
n
- Full Australian work rights required (driver's licence preferred but not essential)
