Job Description

We are seeking a person with experience in Mig welding and fabricating for a full-time permanent position. You will be motivated, take pride in your workmanship, be reliable and punctual, and be willing to help in other areas of production when required. You will have experience or be willing to learn other manufacturing machinery and processes.

Key responsibilities

- Preparing, positioning and fitting components for welding
n
- Operating and/or assisting with turret punch, brake press and guillotine when required
n
- Operating saws, grinders, drills and other workshop machinery
n
- Reading and working from drawings, measurements and production specifications
n
- Checking completed work for quality and accuracy
n
- Working efficiently to meet production requirements
n
- General fabrication and manufacturing duties
n




- Manual handling and lifting
n
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements
n
