What You'll Be Doing:

n

As a Restoration Technician with ARG , you will be at the forefront of providing life‐changing services to clients impacted by fire, flood, or malicious damage. This diverse and rewarding role includes:

n

- Responding to emergency calls and assessing damage
n




- Carrying out site assessments and delivering detailed reports
n
- Executing key restoration procedures including water extraction, drying, dehumidification, and mould remediation
n
- Restoring structural integrity through repairs and renovations
n
- Safely operating restoration equipment while adhering to WH&S; protocols
n
- Communicating with project managers and clients to keep them informed and reassured throughout the process
n

Who Are We Looking For?

n

You'll be successful in this role if you have:

n

n
- Minimum 2+ years experience as a Restoration Technician (IICRC - WRT certified)
n
- In-depth knowledge of home and contents restoration, cleaning, and construction
n
- Familiarity with water damage, fire, smoke, and mould remediation
n
- Strong problem‐solving abilities and the flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances
n
- A high level of communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Good physical fitness for demanding tasks
n
- A valid driver's license
n
- Computer literacy to help document and communicate progress
n
- Qualifications in mould/fire will be well received
n
