ISS is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to lead the public precinct contract, driving operational excellence, commercial performance, client satisfaction, and team success. This is a strategic leadership role overseeing a large-scale, high-profile service environment.

What You'll Be Doing

- Leading contract operations and service delivery across the precinct.
- Building robust relationships with client stakeholders and service partners.
- Managing P&L; performance, budgets, forecasting, and commercial outcomes.
- Driving workforce planning, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Leading and developing high-performing operational teams.
- Championing safety, compliance, and governance standards.

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience managing large operational, facilities management, or integrated services contracts.
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated P&L; responsibility.
- Experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams.
- Exceptional stakeholder and client relationship management skills.
- Strong understanding of WHS, compliance, and risk management.
- Current Driver Licence.
