JobResponsibilities:

- Mastertheentireprocessofassetacquisition,includingpreparingformalinternal/externalcommunicationdocuments,presentationmaterials,andinvestmentrecommendationreports.




- Monitorlandpolicies,foreigninvestmentregulations,taxlaws,ESGrequirements,andindustrytrendsinAustralia,Singapore,andothercountries;regularlyproducepolicybriefstosupportinvestmentdecisions.
- Coordinatewithexternalpartiesincludinglawfirms,transactionbrokers,andtechnicaladvisorstomanagelegal,tax,andoperationalrisksthroughoutcross-bordertransactions.
- Participateinpost-investmentmanagementdesign,monitorassetoperationindicatorsandexittimelines,andcoordinateinternalasset,finance,andlegalteamstodriveprojectexecutionthroughouttheentirecycle.

JobRequirements:

- 7+yearsofrealestateinvestmentanddevelopmentexperienceinAustralia,Singapore,orothercountries,withatleast2yearsfocusedonlogisticswarehousingorindustrialrealestate.
- Successfullyparticipatedin2+overseaslogisticsassettransactions;familiaritywithAustraliaandSingaporemarketsispreferred.
- Abilitytoquicklyinterpretlocalpoliciesincludingforeigninvestment,landuseregulations,andbondedzonepolicies.
- FluentinChineseandEnglishasworkinglanguages;capableofreviewingEnglishcontracts,preparingChineseandEnglishreports,andconductingbusinessnegotiationswithcross-culturalcommunicationskills.
