We're now looking for an experienced senior reception or clinic professional to join our team in Denman Prospect, ACT as an Assistant Manager.

n

The Role

n

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys leading from the front, taking ownership and keeping things running smoothly.

n

Working closely with clinicians and the wider team, you'll help oversee the day-to-day running of the clinic, support the team and make sure patients have a seamless experience from the moment they arrive.

n

You'll be involved in:

n

n
- Coordinating daily clinic operations, patient flow and appointments
n
- Supporting and leading the reception and dental assisting teams
n
- Managing rosters, staffing coverage and clinic readiness
n
- Coordinating treatment schedules, lab cases and clinical logistics
n
- Leading daily team huddles and keeping communication on track
n




- Managing stock, consumables and general clinic requirements
n
- Supporting compliance, infection control and consistent clinic processes
n

n

You'll also be someone the team can rely on when things get busy, helping solve problems in real time and making sure the clinic keeps moving.

About You

n

You're organised, proactive and confident working in a busy clinical environment. You enjoy working with people, have strong attention to detail and are comfortable balancing competing priorities.

You'll bring:

- Experience in dental reception, clinical coordination or clinic leadership

- Strong organisational and communication skills

- Confidence managing schedules, workflows and a busy clinic environment

- Hold full Australian work rights

Previous experience in a senior dental reception or leadership role, surgical or implant treatment workflows, dental practice management systems, stock control or clinic operations will be highly regarded.
