What you'll be doing

- Preparing delicious and visually appealing meals using fresh, seasonal ingredients
n
- Ensuring all food preparation and cooking is done in line with health and safety standards
n
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to maintain an efficient and organised workflow
n
- Assisting with menu planning and developing new dishes
n
- Maintaining a clean and well-organised kitchen workplace
n
- Contributing to a positive team culture and exceptional customer service

What we're looking for

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef in a commercial kitchen environment
n
- Exceptional culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques
n
- Ability to work well under pressure in a rapid-paced environment
n
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality food
n
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
n
- Good communication and teamwork skills
n
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to provide an exceptional dining experience
