Wattletree Early Childhood Centre is seeking an experienced and passionate Educator to join our team. This is a permanent full-time role with a fortnightly Rostered Day Off (RDO). The position is available for an immediate start, working in all classrooms across our service.

Key responsibilities

- Work across all classrooms within the service
n
- Build caring, respectful relationships with children, families, and the community
n
- Uphold strong professional boundaries and actively promote child safety
n
- Support children's learning and development in a nurturing, educational setting
n

n

About you

n

n
- Minimum 12 months of experience in the early childhood sector
n
- Diploma in Children's Services (or higher)
n
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and Child Safe Standards
n
- Current Working With Children Check or VIT registration
n
- National Child Safety Training and Child Protection Training Victoria
n
- Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma training
n
- Enthusiasm, reliability, and excellent communication skills
