Job Description

Selling a home is a huge event in someone's life.

n

There are excited buyers, nervous sellers, deadlines, paperwork, inspections, questions, negotiations and plenty of moving parts.

n

Our job is to make that experience feel professional, organised, calm and well cared for.

n

Your role would be at the heart of that process.

n

You'll work alongside our Listing Agent and independently throughout the sales campaign - from the moment a property is listed through to settlement.

n

You won't be responsible for listing properties or negotiating offers.

n

Instead, you'll help ensure the campaign runs exceptionally well: communicating with buyers and sellers, conducting inspections, coordinating appointments, managing administration, progressing contracts, and keeping everyone informed.

n

It's a role where emotional intelligence matters just as much as administration skills.

n

You'll be supported, trained and given the opportunity to develop a real career in the industry.

n

You don't need to have worked in real estate before, but you will need to have completed your Agent's Representative Certificate. Real estate experience is not essential.

n

$75,000–$90,000 package, including bonus structure, car allowance and superannuation.

n

Professional development and training.

n

A collaborative and supportive working environment.

n

A genuine opportunity to build a career in real estate.

n

A workplace where kindness, professionalism and doing the right thing matter.

n

Work-life balance.
