We recently relocated to a purpose-built, state of the art facility, designed to support our growing operations and expanding customer base across Victoria.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

n

Topform, A leading provider in the Benchtop Making industry, a motivated and skilled individual, Cabinet Maker to join our dynamic team.

n

As a key member of our production team, your role will also be responsible for manufacturing & finishing high quality components for kitchens, as well as Commercial Projects.

n

TASKS & RESPONSIBILTIES:

- Examine drawings / work orders and sample parts to determine specifications

- Selecting and working with materials such as timber, veneers, particle board, synthetic wood and other engineered wood products
n
- Work from drawings and specifications to make cabinetry
n
- Assembling parts to form sections of cabinets and furniture and completed articles
n
- Fitting hinges, locks catches, drawers and shelves + other hardware
n
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
n
- Monitor machinery during operation to ensure proper functioning and quality output.
n
- Work safely in the construction industry
n
- Prepare for cabinet installation
n
- Identify processes in kitchen and bathroom projects
n
- Determine requirements for installation of cabinets
n
- Set up,



operate and maintain basic static machines
n
- Apply manufactured board conversion techniques
n
- Prepare cutting list from plans and job specification
n
- Select and apply hardware
n
- Apply quality standards
n
- Ensure work is completed to specifications and plans to company quality standards
n
- Follow lawful instruction given to you by the company's management
n
- Undertake other related duties as required by the Company
n

QUALIFICATIONS:

n

n
- Certificate III Cabinet Making and one year work experience or 3 Years experience in Cabinet Making.
n
- Forklift license is not a requirement, but a Bonus!
n
