Aspect Windows is a family-owned Melbourne business with more than 35 years' experience manufacturing high-quality timber windows and doors.

We're growing and looking for an experienced Joiner / Carpenter to join our friendly, skilled production team. Many of our team members have been with us for more than 10 years, reflecting our focus on quality, teamwork and long-term employment.

The Role

n

This is primarily a bench-based manufacturing role involving:

n

n
- Assembly of high-end timber windows and doors
n
- Awning, casement and double-hung windows
n
- Sliding and stacker doors
n
- General timber window and door manufacturing
n
- Occasional on‐site service work using a company vehicle
n
- Working with the production team to maintain high-quality standards
n
- Training will be provided on our products and systems.
n

About You

n

You will ideally have at least 2 years' experience in timber window and door manufacturing or a related trade, such as:

n

- Joinery
n
- Cabinet making
n
- High‐end timber assembly or manufacturing
n

n

You will also be:

- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
n
- Honest, self‐motivated and quality‐focused

- Committed to safe work practices

- Willing to work overtime when required

A driver's licence is preferred for occasional service work but is not essential.
