My client is experiencing significant growth and are looking to find an ambitious & technical Manager, or Assistant Manager, who has a desire to take their career to the next level and progress towards Partnership.

The business has a rich history having been established for over 20 years, they are at an exciting stage of growth and have invested heavily in contemporary technology and are always looking at ways to improve efficiency, assist client growth and ensure the team are enjoying themselves along the way!

As a Manager in this firm, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of between $800k & $1 million and looking after a team of 2/3 people. Externally, you will act as a main point of contact for clients & provide both compliance and advisory services, the latter including Tax Planning & Structuring, Forecasting, Budgeting & Board Reporting.

Internally, not only will you manage and mentor a team but you will also be part of a leadership group, with your feedback and ideas being taken on board to help shape the firm's strategy.

About You

To to be successful in this role, it is essential to have:

- 6 or more years within Public Practice




- At least 1-2 years in a similar role that has involved delegating & reviewing work
- CA or CPA qualified preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to showcase your technical knowledge
- Proven ability to engage & build relationships with clients
- Proactive, collaborative and able to think on your feet
- Desire to assist & mentor others and help grow a team around them
- Ambition to support the businesses growth as well as your personal growth
