Engineering Project Manager | Mining Technology

We’re looking for an experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex engineering and technology initiatives across the mining sector.

You’ll work closely with software, systems, product and engineering teams to drive projects from concept through to delivery, supporting both autonomous and staffed mining operations.

What you’ll bring:

- 5-7 years’ project management experience in engineering or technology
- Strong experience leading multidisciplinary engineering projects
- Essential mining industry experience
- Solid stakeholder management, planning and delivery skills
- A proactive, self-driven approach with a strong sense of ownership
- Ability to manage complexity, remove roadblocks and deliver outcomes with minimal supervision





Experience with MineStar, fleet management, autonomy, systems engineering or software development will be highly regarded.

Candidates for this role MUST be located in Melbourne and happy to be in the office 5x days a week
