About the Position

A rare opportunity exists for an experienced Sales Manager to join their team.

n

Responsibilities will include:

n

- Manage Display home sales team
n
- Setting KPIs and sales targets
n
- Overseeing marketing objectives and strategies
n
- Recruitment, selection and hiring for sales and operations teams
n
- Oversee drafting and estimating,



approving sales pricing and sign off quotes
n
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
n
- Manage display home program and Developer relationships
n

n

Skills and Experience

n

n
- 3 years + Sales Management experience
n
- Experience in the volume home building industry
n
- Strong leadership , high problem solving and decision making skills
n
- Analytical, detail orientated, pro active and results driven
n
