D&N; Painting and Maintenance is establishing a permanent base in Wagga Wagga to support increased demand for our services across the Riverina.

We're looking for a reliable, organised and skilled Operations Supervisor to run commercial painting jobs across the region. This role combines on‐the‐tools painting with site leadership, client communication and coordination responsibilities.

n

You'll work closely with the Operations Manager (scheduling) and Lead Painter (quality and systems) to ensure projects run smoothly, safely and professionally.

You must

be able to be eligible for and obtain a Defence Common Access Card to be successful in the role.

- Deliver high‐quality painting work

- Coordinate schedules, inductions and job readiness

- Communicate with clients, builders and site supervisors

- Manage stock, ordering and materials
n




- Maintain WHS compliance and secure work practices

- Track labour hours, variations and back‐costing
n
- Support business growth in the Riverina region
