The Brief: Senior Business Analyst to support the insurance op-model transformation program.

Your role:

- Collaborating with executive stakeholders and process owners to refine business requirements
n
- Design and document customer journeys
n
- Lead workshops between the business and vendors
n
- Lead end-to-end Business Analysis - gap analysis/AS-IS and TO-BE/process mapping
n
- Build traceability from requirements through to testing
n

About you

- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst across the SDLC
n
- Background in financial services, ideally superannuation, insurance, wealth, or banking
n
- Experience in uplifing processes
n
- Skilled in engaging executives and stakeholders as well as vendors
n
- Robust analytical mindset with the ability to create clarity
