A well-established engineering and manufacturing company in Melbourne's western suburbs is seeking an experienced Boilermakerto join its workshop team on a permanent full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

- Fabricate and assemble structural steel components in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications.
n
- Read and interpret technical drawings, fabrication details, and work instructions.
n
- Carry out measuring, marking, cutting, fitting, and welding activities to a high standard.
n
- Ensure all work meets quality and production requirements.
n
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
n
- Assist with inspections and quality checks as required.
n
- Maintain a secure, clean, and organised work environment.
n
- Follow QA/QC procedures and complete required production documentation.
n




- Operate workshop equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
n
- Comply with all workplace health and safety requirements.
n

About You

- Trade-qualified Boilermaker/Fabricator.
n
- Demonstrated experience in structural steel fabrication.
n
- Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
n
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
n
- Good time management and organisational skills.
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
n
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused.
