Role/s: EL1 x Integration Architect

n

The EL1 Integration Architect (Labour Hire) is accountable under broad direction to undertake very complex work that delivers quality outcomes across the functions of the NDIA.

n

The position requires a skilled Integration SME with expertise in SalesForce, iPaaS, MuleSoft and Rest API integrations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions that enhance our digital presence and improve customer engagement.

Key duties and responsibilities

n

Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

n

- Design, develop and support integration solutions using iPaaS, MuleSoft and Rest API to meet business requirements
n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse integration requirements
n
- Implement and maintain integration solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and efficient
n
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, providing timely support to stakeholders
n




- Document integration processes, configurations, and best practices
n
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in API integrations.
n

Essential criteria

n

n
- 1.3-5 years of experience in integration development, with a focus on iPaaS, MuleSoft, SalesForce and Rest API
n
- 2.Proficiency in developing and consuming RESTful APIs
n
- 3.Strong documentation skills and ability to create detailed, consumable architecture artefacts and confidently represent these to appropriate review boards and forums
n
- 4.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
n
- 5.Able to deal with competing priorities in a quick-changing environment
n
- 6.Strong communication skills and ability to work with vendors and internal stakeholders.
