We are continuing to grow and invest in our people, equipment and manufacturing capability. We are now seeking a reliable and motivated Maintenance Electrician to join our maintenance team on a permanent day shift.

n

About the role

n

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will support the safe and reliable operation of our production facility by completing electrical maintenance, breakdown response, fault-finding and improvement works.

n

This is a hands‐on position suited to an electrician who takes ownership, works well within a team and is prepared to support the broader operational needs of the business.

n

Key responsibilities

n

n
- Attend electrical breakdowns and restore equipment safely and efficiently
n
- Complete planned and preventative electrical maintenance
n
- Diagnose and repair faults across production equipment and automated systems
n
- Install, test and maintain electrical equipment and components
n
- Assist with machinery upgrades, commissioning and continuous‐improvement projects
n
- Perform isolations and comply with lockout/tagout procedures
n




- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
n
- Support mechanical maintenance activities within your skills and competency
n
- Work collaboratively with production, quality and maintenance teams
n
- Ensure all work complies with electrical, food‐safety and workplace‐safety requirements
n
- Maintain a clean, protected and organised work area
n

About you

n

To succeed in this role, you will have:

n

n
- A current Victorian A Grade Electrical Licence
n
- Previous industrial maintenance experience, preferably within food, FMCG, packaging or manufacturing
n
- Strong electrical fault‐finding and problem‐solving skills
n
- Experience working with automated production equipment
n
- Knowledge of motors, sensors, variable‐speed drives and control systems
n
- PLC fault‐finding experience is highly regarded
n
- A strong understanding of electrical isolation and workplace‐safety requirements
n
- Good communication and documentation skills
n
- A reliable, proactive and team‐focused approach
n
- The willingness to assist across the maintenance function when required
n
