About the Role

Summacon Group is seeking a Traffic Management Implementor to set up, monitor, and dismantle traffic control layouts on site in line with approved Traffic Management Plans (TMPs), ensuring the safety of workers and the public.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Implement, adjust, and remove TMPs (signage, barriers, cones, delineation devices)
n
- Operate Stop/Slow bat to control traffic flow through work sites
n
- Conduct pre-start equipment/vehicle checks
n
- Monitor site conditions and respond to changes or hazards
n
- Liaise with supervisors and site personnel
n
- Maintain compliance records and daily logs
n
- Operate traffic control vehicles safely
n

Requirements

n

n
- QLD TMI- Traffic Management Implementation License
n
- QLD TC- Traffic Control License
n
- Valid driver's license
n
- Experience in traffic management or construction (preferred)
n
- Ability to work flexible hours, outdoors, in all weather
n
- Solid safety awareness and communication skills
