We are seeking an experienced, motivated and reliable Groundsman/handyman to join our Bathurst team. This hands‐on role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in presentation and has an exceptional eye for detail.

What the role includes:
n
n
- Lawn mowing (including ride on mowers for the bigger jobs).
n
- Whipper Snipping and edging.
n
- Hedge trimming and pruning.
n
- Weed control and spraying.
n
- General garden maintenance and weed pulling.
n
- Basic garden clean-ups and presentation work.
n
- Loading equipment and towing a trailer between sites.
n
- Minor home repairs and maintenance.
n
n
About you:
n
n
- You enjoy working outdoors and take pride in neat, tidy, well‐presented gardens.
n
- Strong attention to detail.
n
- Experience with grounds, gardening or similar (preferred)
n
- Confident operating grounds equipment including push mowers, ride on mowers, hedge trimmers, chainsaws, whipper snippers etc.
n
- Able to safely drive and operate a vehicle with a trailer.
n
- Reliable, punctual and able to work unsupervised or as part of a team.
n
- Mechanically minded.
n
n
