Job Description

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Process Analyst to join a major enterprise transformation program supporting the implementation of new Service Management capabilities within a complex environment.

This role will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, architects and delivery teams to analyse, document and optimise end-to-end business processes across key operational domains.

Responsibilities

n

n
- Facilitate workshops and gather business requirements.
n
- Analyse and document current and future state processes.
n
- Develop process maps and business documentation using Visio.
n
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimisation.
n
- Support business process validation, testing and user acceptance activities.
n
- Collaborate across business and technical teams to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
n
- Contribute to large-scale transformation initiatives involving operational process redesign.
n

Key Requirements

n

n
- Proven Process Analyst, Business Analyst or Process Improvement experience.
n
- Strong telecommunications industry experience.
n
- Solid process modelling and documentation capability using Visio.
n
- Workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement expertise.
n
- Experience supporting transformation or system implementation programs.
n
- Active NV1 security clearance.
n

Highly Desirable

n

n
- ServiceNow experience.
n
- FSM, TSM or SOMT exposure.
n
- Telecommunications transformation program experience.
n
- Knowledge of TM Forum frameworks.
n
