Artemus Group is growing, and we're looking for passionate, people-focused Duty Managers to join our venues across Manly Wharf. From bustling waterfront venues to premium dining experiences, no two days are the same.

As a Duty Manager, you'll play a key role in leading the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring every shift delivers an exceptional guest experience while supporting and developing your team.

Key responsibilities include:

n

- Proven experience leading high-volume hospitality venues (ideally with entertainment or family-friendly offerings)
n
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and inspire a high-performing team
n
- Passion for live music, entertainment, and delivering top-tier customer experiences
n
- Strong focus on customer service and smooth day-to-day operations
n
- Understanding of venue compliance and licensing
n
- Ability to lead and support a team in a quick-paced, high-energy environment
n
- Experience in rostering, training, and team development
n
- Enthusiasm for being part of a growing group with big ambitions
n

What we are looking for:

n

- Previous experience as a Duty Manager, Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a busy hospitality venue
n




- A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences
n
- Strong leadership and communication skills
n
- The ability to remain calm under pressure and lead from the front
n
- A hands-on approach and willingness to jump in wherever needed
n
- Current NSW RSA
n
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
n
