We're now seeking a skilled and proactive PM Warehouse Supervisor to lead and optimise warehouse logistics in Melbourne, ensuring seamless, compliant, and customer-focused service delivery across our fleet.

This role requires a hands-on leader who is confident managing people, processes, and performance around the clock.

- Lead, manage, and support our PM warehouse teamto ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
n
- Coordinate scheduling and dispatchassist our warehouse team to complete stock on hand checks, cycle counts, and investigate and correct issues with stock.
n
- Implement and refine operational proceduresto drive efficiency, safety, and service quality.

- Manage key operational costs, including budgets, vehicle maintenance, and warehouse performance metrics.
n
- Support and foster a positive team culture, aligned with Peter Sadler's core values of care, integrity, and excellence.

Skills and experience

- Warehouse Operations experience.
n
- Forklift Licence essential – High Reach experience.
n
- Management of people or leadership experience.
n
- Ability to work effectively with teams.

- Excellent communication at all levels.

- Ability to identify & solve problems or issues within the workspace.
