This is a hands-on role with a small, capable team, where you’ll remain active in sales while taking ownership of brand performance and presentation. It’s a great opportunity to develop your leadership skills while driving growth for two respected vehicle brands.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Sell new and used vehicles
- Manage leads and ensure proactive customer follow-up
- Support and guide a small team
- Take ownership of inventory presentation and brand marketing activity
- Coordinate with manufacturer partners and ensure brand compliance
- Monitor performance and implement strategies to meet sales targets




- Build strong customer relationships and generate repeat business

What You’ll Bring:

- The ability to lead by example in a small team setting
- Experience in vehicle sales (management experience is a bonus but not essential)
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
