Occupational Therapist – Hybrid Therapy Role with Heart and Innovation

n

About the Prospect

n

We're expanding our hybrid therapy team to support clients across:

n

n
- Aged Care and Disability Support within our MicroTown®
n
- NDIS and DVA funded participants
n
- Private clients seeking allied health and wellness services
n

n

You'll have the freedom to blend onsite and community-based therapy, using creative, individualised interventions that focus on enabling independence, participation, and purpose.

n

You'll work alongside our Physiotherapist and Allied Health Assistants, supported by a warm, connected team that truly values relationships, collaboration, and professional growth.

n

Whether you're an experienced OT or a new graduate ready to learn, we'll support you through mentorship, clinical supervision, and specialised dementia and mental-health training.

n

Your Role Will Include

n

n
- Delivering hybrid therapy programs — in-home, community, and Wellness Centre settings
n
- Providing functional, cognitive, and environmental assessments across all funding streams (Aged Care,



DVA, NDIS, Private)
n
- Prescribing assistive technology and home modifications
n
- Developing pain management, enablement, and engagement programs
n
- Supporting mental health and wellbeing through meaningful activity design
n
- Collaborating with the Senior Clinical Investigation Team on complex behaviour management and multidisciplinary strategy development
n
