About the Role

We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Process Workers to join our quick-paced FMCG production team on a casual basis. These roles are ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, can follow safe operating procedures, and are comfortable working in a busy manufacturing environment.

n

Successful applicants will support day-to-day production activities including packing, labelling, quality checking, machine operation support, cleaning, and general process work.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Working on production and packing lines in a fast-paced FMCG environment
n
- Packing, sorting, labelling,



and preparing finished products
n
- Conducting basic quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
n
- Assisting with machine operation, set-up, and changeovers where required
n
- Following workplace health and safety, hygiene, and GMP requirements
n
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
n
- Working as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines
n

About You

n

n
- Previous experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, production, packing, or warehouse environments is highly regarded
n
- A strong focus on safety, hygiene, and quality
n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and repetitive role
n
- Good attention to detail and reliability
n
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
n
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team
n
- Full working rights in Australia
