Kambium Arboricultural Services is looking for a passionate Arborist / Horticulturalist to join our team.

We deliver high-quality, science-based tree care that improves tree health, enhances landscapes, and delivers practical, long-term outcomes. You'll work closely with clients, see the direct impact of your work, and play an integral role within a small, experienced team that takes pride in delivering work to a consistently high standard.

What You'll Need

Relevant industry experience (essential)

n

Arboriculture or horticulture qualifications (essential)

n

MR truck licence (essential)

n

White Card (essential)

n

Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain (essential)

Physical fitness for manual outdoor work, and a genuine commitment to protected work practices

n

Practical pruning experience, climbing experience, machinery operation, and strong technical tree and plant knowledge are all highly regarded — as are a genuine pride in doing the job properly, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
