We are a leader in engineering solutions, specialising in design, fabrication, and installation of projects across the Mining, Engineering, and Construction industries throughout WA.

Are you our next Operations Manager? Responsible for driving operational performance, profitability, and business growth while working closely with the General Manager to achieve results.
n Trade qualification essential. This role requires regular site attendance with solid understanding of welding, fabrication, piping, mechanical and shutdown operations, with the ability to effectively lead and support operational teams in the field and office.

Key Responsibilities:

n

Lead and oversee daily operations to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and profitability targets are achieved

n

Build and maintain strong client and supplier relationships while identifying and securing new business opportunities

n

Manage, mentor, and develop employees to foster a high-performing and safety-focused culture

n

Monitor operational performance, project delivery,



and commercial outcomes in line with company strategic plans while meeting KPI's

n

About You:

n

Must be Trade Qualified (Fabrication or Engineering Degree)

n

Minimum 3 years' management experience

n

Strong leadership and people management skills

n

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel
