Cobb Lane is an artisan bakery located in the popular village of Yarraville, with shopfronts in Richmond Traders, South Melbourne Market and Bennetts Lane in the CBD, operating alongside an established wholesale arm. Our reputation for delicious, hand-crafted baked goods extends throughout Melbourne and beyond. We pride ourselves on our craftsmanship, specialising in slow ferment sourdoughs and viennoiserie, using the best ingredients available.

About You:

n

Cobb Lane is seeking an Experienced Baker to join our passionate and motivated team creating beautiful baked goods for the people of Melbourne. This opportunity is suited for a qualified baker who is looking to work with a supportive team to progress their career.

The full time position will be based at our South Melbourne Market stall after your initial training in our Yarraville kitchen.

What we are looking for:

n

n
- Have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in baking
n
- Have experience with artisan sourdough and yeasted bread
n
- Have knowledge of natural fermentation and yeasted dough techniques
n
- Excellent hand moulding skills
n
- Can work in a team environment and communicate effectively
n
- Attention to detail and quality control
n
