THE ROLE

n

n
- Assisting with the management of a tidy and well-maintained portfolio
n
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs from start to finish
n
- Conducting routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
n
- Assisting with rent collection and arrears management




n
- Maintaining robust and proactive relationships with tenants and landlords
n
- Responding to enquiries and handling day-to-day property management matters
n
- Working closely with the Property Management and Leasing teams
n
- Learning and developing your skills across the full property management lifecycle
n

ABOUT YOU

n

n
- A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
n
- A valid driver's licence
n
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
- Strong attention to detail
n
- The ability to work well as part of a team
n
- A genuine desire to learn, develop and progress within Property Management
n
