PDG is seeking a confident and personable Customer Relations Executive to engage with our existing client and prospect database.
The primary focus of the role is to proactively contact clients, build relationships, identify current property requirements, generate qualified leads and book appointments for the PDG sales team.
The role will involve regular outbound calling, following up new and existing enquiries, re‑engaging past clients and maintaining accurate client information within our CRM, primarily Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Make regular outbound calls to clients and prospects within the PDG database.
- Follow up new enquiries and reconnect with older or inactive leads.
- Build rapport and understand clients’ current property requirements.
- Identify genuine purchasing interest, including budget, property type and timeframe.
- Introduce relevant PDG projects using approved information.
- Generate qualified leads and book appointments for the sales team.
- Confirm appointments and follow up missed or cancelled appointments.
- Accurately record calls, client requirements, notes and follow‑up actions in Salesforce.
- Maintain an organised pipeline and ensure clients are followed up consistently.
- Provide explicit information to the relevant sales consultant before each appointment.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in customer relations, outbound calling, lead generation, appointment setting or a similar role.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Comfortable proactively contacting a large client database.
- Organised, persistent and consistent with follow‑up.
- Experience using a CRM such as Salesforce is preferred.
- Property or real estate experience is desirable but not essential.
Key Performance Measures
Performance will be measured against meaningful client conversations, qualified leads generated, appointments booked and attended, consistent follow‑up and accurate CRM management.
What Success Looks Like
Building strong relationships with PDG’s existing and prospective clients and consistently converting those conversations into qualified appointments and genuine sales opportunities for the sales team, while maintaining an accurate and actively managed Salesforce database.
