The Opportunity

We're looking for enthusiastic Production Operators who enjoy working in a clean, well supported environment where quality, teamwork, and explicit processes matter. Whether you're experienced or new to the industry, you'll be joining a workplace where everyone is valued and set up for success.

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Supporting refinery operations, ensuring safe oil receival and efficient packaging
n
- Operating and monitoring production equipment
n
- Working closely with your team to achieve production goals
n
- Following established safety and quality procedures
n
- Taking part in training and continuous improvement initiatives
n

What You'll Bring

- Reliability and strong attention to detail
n




- A willingness to learn (full training provided)
n
- Ability to work rotating 12 hour shifts, including nights
n
- Experience in oil refining or dairy is helpful but not essential
n
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to a positive team culture
n
