About the role

n

2 year Fixed Term Contract

n

As a Salesforce Application Engineer, you'll design, build and support Salesforce solutions that deliver value across AGL. Working closely with stakeholders, architects and delivery teams, you'll develop scalable, high-quality solutions while leveraging AI, automation and modern engineering practices to improve customer outcomes and delivery efficiency.

What you'll be doing

- Design, build and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions that drive business value across AGL.
n
- Champion modern engineering practices, including AI-enabled development, automation, and continuous improvement.
n
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes, enhance user experiences, and improve operational efficiency through technology.
n
- Partner with architects, delivery teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions and successful outcomes.
n
- Drive technical excellence through code reviews, reusable components, platform optimisation,



and best-practice Salesforce development.

About you

n

n
- Deep expertise in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, OmniStudio, APIs, and Salesforce platform best practices.
n
- Experience delivering complex Salesforce solutions across enterprise environments, including integrations with digital platforms and systems such as SAP and MuleSoft.
n
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, DevOps, CI/CD, source control, testing, and release management practices.
n
- Passion for innovation, AI, automation, and emerging technologies, with the ability to identify opportunities that improve delivery efficiency, customer outcomes, and platform performance.
n
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills, with experience working in agile teams to solve complex technical challenges, drive continuous improvement, and deliver business value.
