About the Role

As a Client Services Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our skilled team and delivering a high‐quality experience to clients. Based in our Salisbury office, this role is ideal for an organised, detail‐focused individual who enjoys working in a fast‐paced professional services environment.

You will act as a central point of contact for clients, advisers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring administrative processes run smoothly and client requests are handled efficiently and professionally. The role involves a combination of client communication, compliance administration, and general practice support.

What you'll be doing

Client Support

n

n
- Collation and Preparation of financial and other reports for distribution to clients
n
- Managing onboarding and offboarding clients
n
- Tax return Administration and ATO liaison
n
- ABN & ASIC Administration
n
- Debtor Follow up
n
- Interacting with clients via email and phone
n

n

Workflow Process

n

n
- Facilitating the delivery of work to the team as per production plan




n
- Complete end of job process and Invoice preparation
n

n

What we're looking for

n

n
- Minimum2+years experience
n
- Hands‐on experience with XPM (Xero Practice Manager) is essential, including job management, workflow coordination, and invoicing support
n
- Comprehensive knowledge of ATO & ASIC services and understanding of Australian law and policies pertaining to client data, on/offboarding requirements
n
- Strong computer literacy, experience with accounting and workflow management programs an advantage
n
- Confident enough to develop client relationships and build rapport with staff, business partners and clients
n
- Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
n
- A good team player and quick learner
